Both rooms share sliding glass doors leading out to a twin set of pebble stone patios and a set of Adirondack chairs with built-in cup holders. There is swivel seating for four around a lovely bistro table, that places you just a stone’s throw from the cool waters of the Heritage Villas complex pool.

Rounding out the first floor is the well appointed kitchen, which features natural stained cabinets, a textured tile backsplash and granite countertops. The en suite boasts an oversized vanity plus a frameless walk-in shower with inspired glass-tile accent work and a stone bench.

Tennis anyone? The second bedroom on this floor has a cheeky tennis theme sporting vintage rackets over a king size bed outfitted in crisp white linens. This room enjoys its own en suite. Here, a single vanity with modern flair pairs nicely with a glass-doored walk-in shower featuring custom tile work and a stone bench.

Heading up to the third level, we find that this property has still two more bedrooms. The first places two twin beds under a gabled ceiling which provides the showstopper of this room: a massive skylight giving guests the feeling of sleeping under the stars. This room also features its own flat-screen TV. A second bedroom places two double size beds under muted palm printed linens in a space with tall windows.
