On the main floor is also the master bedroom features a king bed, attractive dark wood furniture, a flat screen TV, and sliders to the back deck. The property has extra large capacity washer and dryer. As well as two large showers and dressing rooms under the house, perfect when coming back from the beach.
Guest may enjoy access to the pool at Beachside. The house overlooks the South Beach tennis courts. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and the South Beach Marina with its restaurants, shops, and water activities is across the street. Perfectly located, this is the ideal home for any family.
Fireplaces are decorative & not for guest use. Homes with a pool or spa may be heated and an additional charge will apply. Please inquire at time of booking.
**Beachside Dr. community pool will now be heated/cooled to a constant 88 degrees. The only months the pool will be closed are January and February.
