Tucked away at the edge of the deck, a patio umbrella adds shaded comfort to al fresco dining from the nearby gas grill, while a covered outdoor living room enjoys shaded comfort.

More formal dining can be found inside, with seating for six around a dramatic glass table beneath an ornate chandelier. Flanking the dining room are a granite topped dry bar and lush views of the front gardens. The expansive kitchen just beyond sees wide granite counters rising to bar seating for three, with skylights adding their glow to upgraded stainless steel appliance and gorgeous finishes.

This kitchen opens to two uniquely comforting spaces. The first offers informal dining for eight in the round, surrounded by panoramic golf views and enjoying access to the rear deck. The second is a formal den with sectional sofa facing a flat-screen TV above a rich brick decorative fireplace. A second den, just past the owner’s entrance with half bath and laundry, enjoys its own sectional sofa and flat-screen TV with a blissful sense of privacy.

The first guest suite can also be found off of the owners, entrance, a roomy carriage house with king-size bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bath with skylit walk-in shower. Back on the ground floor, two king suites each offer their own interpretation of lush comfort and luxury with king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and ensuites with walk-in showers. The primary suite adds to the indulgence with a massive ensuite through which you enter, boasting his-and-hers vanities, walk-in closets, spacious soaking tub and cavernous walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.
