Both sets of sliders lead out to a grand pebblestone patio with al fresco dining for eight and a Weber gas grill.

Convenient to the dining room though a pass-through window is the spacious kitchen, with its beautifully updated granite counters, stainless steel appliances and nearby washer and dryer.

The first of three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a spacious suite boasting a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, armchair, plentiful windows and private bath with eye-catching custom tile work around a tub and shower.

Upstairs, we find two bedrooms on either side of a loft space set beneath soaring ceilings and tall windows, and inclusive of a desk for those taking a working vacation. Finally, we come to the master, a room defined by spaciousness and light. Here a king size bed sets before a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in a suite with its own private bath featuring an elegantly spacious walk-in shower.
