The covered balcony overlooks a tranquil lagoon and fountain as well as moss-draped oaks and the community’s on-site swimming pool.
Adjacent to the dining room is the wonderfully appointed kitchen, offering tile flooring, tan granite countertops, lovely cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. Thoughtful touches are evident throughout including a tile backsplash and wall-mounted, flat screen TV as well as pendant lighting in the pass-through window that connects the kitchen to the living room.
