Through a gated courtyard, this open and charming villa features a living room with a sleeper sofa plus TV and DVD player. Sliding glass doors access a back patio.
The glass dining table seats six, and neighbors the kitchen which features every major appliance and even a nearby washer and dryer for added convenience. There is also a half bath downstairs as well.
Upon ascending the open staircase are two bedrooms. In a pale seafoam green, the master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, two closets, TV and DVD. There’s a breeze-inviting private balcony from this room as well. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a wide vanity.
The second bedroom offers twin beds in a soft palate of hues, white furnishings and a bathroom with wide vanity and tub/shower combo.
The marshside community of Stoney Creek Villas includes a sparkling on-site swimming pool exclusively for guests’ use.
This villa provides a wonderfully convenient vacation locale -- just a short walk from the Harbour Town filled with shopping, dining and boating. And, within walking-distance is the convenience of the Harbour Town Golf Links and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, with the Sea Pines Beach Club a short bike ride away.
