The chef’s kitchen impresses with abundant cabinetry, a double-wide commercial refrigerator, an 8-burner Viking stove, and an oversized island with seating for four.

The open-concept design continues into a cozy sitting room and an additional casual dining space for eight. Adjacent is a spacious living room featuring plush seating around a large flat-screen TV. A centrally located wet bar connects the living and sitting areas, making entertaining effortless.

Step outside to enjoy the coastal backdrop: a screened-in porch with comfortable lounge seating, a covered terrace, and a large pool with a separate spa—complete with plenty of outdoor furniture and stunning ocean views.

A king bedroom is also on the main level, offering a TV and an en suite bath with a generous tiled walk-in shower.

Each room opens directly onto the shared 2nd-floor balcony—perfect for enjoying sunrises, ocean breezes, or a quiet read from the small libraries just outside the bedrooms.

Two additional king bedrooms are located at the front of the home, each with a sitting area, TV, and en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower. Between these rooms is a media and entertainment space with custom U-shaped seating—ideal for movie nights or gathering groups. This room can also serve as a kids sleeping area, for an additional 5 sleeps!

• Pool heat available: September–May (not available June–August).
• Spa heat: Available year round if the spa is heatable.
• 3 night minimum required for heating.
• Requests must be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid a $75 late fee.
• Heating surcharge is processed at the time of request.
• Spa jets require heat to operate.
• Below 60°F, heat may be ineffective — no refunds issued.
