The kitchen features granite countertops, electric range, oven, microwave and a convenient walk-in pantry with extra shelving. The home also features a powder room to serve the common areas and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer that leads to the two car garage.

The bedrooms include a master suite with King bed, desk, TV and private bath with double vanity, separate tub, walk-in shower and large, walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms have their own hallway on one side of the house. The first bedroom features a queen bed, window seat, TV, closet and private bath with shower/tub combination, and the second bedroom features a king bed and set of bunk beds, TV and closet. • SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
