The heart of the home lies in the massive great room, where cathedral ceilings soar above three walls of tall windows and sliding glass doors that draw your gaze from the driving range at Plantation Golf Club across the 1st and 18th holes at Heron Point by Pete Dye as well as the 5th and 6th at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III. A large decorative fireplace flanks one side, facing the entry to the massive pool deck.
This pool deck sits at the center of the home’s lushly landscaped outdoor living spaces, which encircle the entire house. Here, you can dine in sun-dappled splendor with seating for 10 at a grand promenade overlooking the sparkling waters of the resort-depth pool. With a gentle water feature and splash-down spa, this pool puts you at the center of the grand golf views.
Heading back inside, we find a wonderfully open kitchen at one corner of the great room, boasting wraparound counters with bar seating, as well as dual ovens and nearby powder room to make entertaining a breeze. Speaking of which, the whole group will want to gather around the private wet bar to the other side of the great room adjacent to another private outdoor space.
Throughout the property, beautifully updated suites exude comfort and style. There are five in total, each boasting five-star amenities including private en suite baths, generous footprints and private patios. There is a king bed in each of two bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms each have 2 queen sized beds to maximize your sleeping comfort.
It’s all set at the very end of a quiet street for the utmost in privacy for the whole group to create vacation memories together amid sweeping views of some of the world’s finest golf scenery.
FIREPLACES ARE DECORATIVE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.
POOL AND SPA HEATING:
• NOT ALL pools/spas are heatable — please inquire when booking.
• Pool heat available: September–May (not available June–August).
• Spa heat: Available year round if the spa is heatable.
• 3 night minimum required for heating.
• Requests must be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid a $75 late fee.
• Heating surcharge is processed at the time of request.
• Spa jets require heat to operate.
• Below 60°F, heat may be ineffective — no refunds issued.
