Just beyond, dining for four beneath a soaring skylight transitions to the expansive kitchen, with wide center island offering bar seating for four and full range of updated appliances a coffee bar and well stocked kitchen with several amenities to cook with. Additional refrigerator in garage for guest use. Continuing around back to the entry takes us to the sprawling dining room, with plentiful seating before a dazzling bay window.

At the center of these spaces, French doors open wide to allow the outdoors in, transitioning to the gorgeous outdoor living of the back yard. With al fresco dining for up to 20 at two extended tables, sun-dappled chaise lounges ringing the brick pavers of the pool deck, and the glistening waters of the swimming pool at its center, this beautifully private space is like a resort unto itself.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HRS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
