Enter the front door and through the foyer, where you will be greeted with lots of open space. The living room serves as the central meeting place for friends and family, but there’s so much more beyond that. The kitchen sits just off the main living space and has upgraded stainless steel appliances and serene views to the outdoors. The dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen, just beside the living room. Just off from the dining room is a screened porch where you can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Just beyond the screened porch is a backyard that has endless possibilities for you to enjoy. The oversized deck offers many different seating and lounging options. There is a large gas grill for your use, and an outdoor dining table for you to enjoy dinner out by the pool. In addition to the pool, there is a spa where you can relax after a full day of experiencing all the island has to offer.

There are 3 large bedrooms surrounding the main living space, each with a unique coastal décor. Each bedroom offers a TV and an en suite bath. The first bedroom has loads of sleeping options including two twin and one full sized bed with a fun whale theme sure to please kids and adults alike. The bathroom has a tiled standalone shower.

The next bedroom has muted coastal tones to soothe and relax. There is a king-sized bed and full bath, complete with 2 vanities and a tub/shower combination. Glass slider doors lead to the outdoor space so you can walk out and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The third bedroom displays a bold navy nautical theme and has direct access to the backyard oasis through glass slider doors. The ensuite includes two vanity sinks and a walk-in tiled shower.

This property is a true Southern charm. Just a short ride to the beach, golf or whatever activity you desire, you and your family will find plenty to love about this home and island life.
