To one side of the electric fireplace beneath a flat-screen TV, a door gives way to a screened hideaway tucked away for secluded outdoor enjoyment.

Meanwhile, sliders at several points in this open space open wide to an outdoor oasis speckled with the shade of old growth trees. Past the crystalline waters of the heatable swimming pool, herons and egrets splash in a lagoon while the 14th fairway looms beyond.

The first of the elegantly appointed guest rooms can be found off of the main den, a full suite boasting soaring vaulted ceilings above a king-size bed and separate twin-size bed in a space with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath with dual farmhouse vanities and massive walk-in shower.

Following the stairs that rise above the ground floor half bath, we come to a landing that holds two elevated guest rooms. Flanking a spacious jack-and-jill bath with dual-basin vanity, tub and shower, these rooms revel in soaring golf views. In one, a queen-size bed offers plush comfort, while the other’s twin-over-double bunk bed makes it perfect for younger guests.

Finally, down the gallery hallway in which you’ll find a full laundry for all the convenience of home, you’ll find the primary suite, wonderfully detailed with five-star amenities. From the comfort of the king-size bed you can take in golf views beside the electric fireplace. Past the large walk-in closet, you come to a spa-like en suite bath with massive corner walk-in shower.

Ideally located on a quiet street for privacy, but just a short bike ride away from the shopping, dining and excitement of Harbour Town, this property represents a modern take on classic Lowcountry hospitality.
