Across one end of this open floor plan, the spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for the whole group to come together amid lush scenery. Dual islands provide plentiful prep space for meals prepared on state-of-the-art appliances including a gourmet six-burner Wolf range with griddle. Enjoy your meals amid panoramic views in the dine-in kitchen or in the formal dining room where soaring ceilings lends a sense of grandeur.

No matter where you are, the beautiful views follow. But they are best enjoyed amid the lush surroundings of the sprawling outdoor space. To one end, a covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill allows for comfortable outdoor enjoyment, while beyond travertine decking surrounds a sparkling swimming pool with splash-down jacuzzi.

The majority of the guest rooms can be found on the second floor, each exquisitely appointed with coastal décor and filled with indulgent comforts. Two of them offer excellent appointments for the younger guests with twin-over-full bunkbeds, with en suites boasting walk-in showers. One of these two bunk rooms offers a separate twin bed to accommodate larger groups.

A further guest room sees a pair of queen size beds set amid lush comfort and enjoying an en suite bath with tub and shower. The final of the upstairs guest rooms ups the ante with a king size bed in a space with lagoon views, end en suite with walk-in shower.

The sole ground floor guest room serves as the master suite, with a spacious king-size bed, private access to the pool deck and a spa-like en suite boasting his-and-hers vanities and a massive soaking tub.

At every turn you’ll find luxurious upgrades and Lowcountry charm, set amid dazzling Sea Pines scenery and enjoying a location just a short bike ride from the beach.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
