Set at the end of a winding private road, the salt air and lush sunlight infuse every corner of this home, greeting you as you walk into its open living space with cathedral ceiling and hand-scraped hardwood floors. A conversation area here pairs a plush end chair and sofa in rich blue before a flat-screen TV, but you’ll scarcely be able to take your eyes off the scenery.

Step through set of sliders and you can enjoy it from a comfy lanai with outdoor sofa and four-seat al fresco dining table. Or, step down to the wide patio with built-in bench seating and enjoy a panorama of salt and sand where Calibogue Sound meets Braddock Cove, your gaze leading across marshland to the iconic Harbour Town lighthouse just on the horizon.

Heading back inside we find a host of homestyle amenities from the wide dining table with bench seating where up to eight can dine comfortably. It’s easily accessible over a bar counter from the full kitchen, where natural light from a bevy of windows illuminates a full range of appliances including flat cooktop stove.

Each of this property’s four bedrooms offer unique comfort and style – two on the ground floor and two upstairs. On the first floor, we start in a lovely suite boasting queen bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the lanai and stunning views just beyond a set of plantation shutters. The en suite offers a walk-in shower just past a pair of his-and-hers basins.

The second downstairs bedroom sees two beds set amid colorful local artwork in a room with tall windows, flat-screen TV and en suite with tub and shower.

A set of stairs between the two leads us to a landing with two more bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed set before a flat-screen TV and a wide bench window letting you unwind and enjoy views of the Calibogue. The en suite offers his-and-hers basins as well as a tub and shower.

Finally, our fourth bedroom evokes a delightful coastal chic theme in a space with two twin beds, flat-screen TV and en suite with tub and shower.
