Etched-glass double doors greet you at this three-bedroom townhome-style Plantation Club end unit, centrally located within Sea Pines.
In refreshing beach-oriented hues of soft seaglass blue and cream, the living room features wood flooring, a sleeper sofa, additional comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and Blu-ray. Sliding glass doors access the pebbled patio with a lovely golf view of Pete Dye’s championship Heron Point amid palmettos and moss-draped oaks.
With an open floor plan, the dining room features an expansive table for six, plus ceiling fan and, again, sliding glass door access to the back patio. Counter seating for three connects the dining area to the kitchen.
The neutrally toned kitchen has every major appliance plus beautiful Corian countertops, wood flooring, and white cabinetry with brushed nickel pulls. There’s even a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Also downstairs is a charming half-bath with oyster-hued granite vanity.
An open staircase leads to the trio of upstairs bedrooms. With a private balcony and lovely Lowcountry golf view, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed covered with a shell motif. The relaxing room also features a small flatscreen TV, two closets, and a private balcony viewing the golf course. Its master bathroom has two separate granite vanities and a glass door tub/shower combination.
