While preparing meals at the center island’s four-burner gas range with griddle, you can enjoy views that gaze straight across the water to South Beach Marina.

Moving along past the full laundry, we come to the first of the property’s lushly comfortable guest suites. Set behind French doors, this first suite centers on a king size bed set beneath a wide-brimmed ceiling fan, with a flat-screen TV and en suite bath with tub and shower rounding out the comforts.

An eye-catching staircase from the front foyer guides you up to a landing with two more guest suites – as well as a unique cut-through teasing views of a quiet relaxation spot. The first of the landing’s suites offers a king-size bed with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and spacious en suite with tub and shower. The second suite pairs two queen beds beneath a ceiling fan, with flat-screen TV and en suite bath boasting tub and shower. Between them, a nook with bench seat gives way to another set of stairs, leading up to a cozy media room with sectional sofa, flat-screen TV and wet bar.

The primary suite serves as the final word in this home’s expansive elegance. Boasting a four-post king bed beneath a ceiling fan with lush natural light from plentiful windows and tall ceilings for a sense of spaciousness, this suite enjoys a flat-screen TV and massive en suite with his-and-hers vanities, corner Jacuzzi tub and cavernous walk-in shower.
