Just beyond, seating for eight in the round dining area transitions magnificently to the open kitchen, where further bar seating can be found along one edge of a massive center island of quartz. Surrounding it is a gourmet’s dream kitchen, with a full array of stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas range.

Even more awaits in the property’s many outdoor living spaces, accessible via a set of sliders along one wall. Here, a spacious lanai with flat-screen TV and ample seating opens to a wide patio offering al fresco dining for six and gas grill. Stepping down you’ll find yourself on a brick paver pool deck surrounding a sparkling swimming pool. Several loungers give you plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun, while a comfy hammock bed set in the shade lets you simply laze away the day in the salt air.

The comfort continues in the elegantly appointed bedrooms inside. Starting on the ground floor, we start with a roomy suite set beneath vaulted ceilings, with elevated king-size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and spa-like en suite with walk-in shower, dual-basin vanity and eye-catching lapboard accent wall.

The second suite sets a comfortable chaise lounge before a wide king-size bed in a space with bench seat set beneath windows, flat-screen TV and en suite with walk-in shower and dual basin-vanity.

The final bedroom on the ground floor delights with exposed beam vaulted ceilings soaring over a queen-size bed in a seaside suite with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bath featuring single-basin vanity, tub and shower.

Heading upstairs, we find two more elegantly spacious suites. The first sees two queen beds set beneath vaulted ceilings in a space with a flat-screen TV. In the private bath a dual basin vanity, spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads highlights a spa-like atmosphere.

Bedroom number two enjoys similarly spacious surroundings thanks to a vaulted ceiling in a space with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and en suite with walk-in corner shower.
