As you enter the front door of this coastal-themed home, you are immediately greeted with a panoramic view of the lagoon. Step into the main living room, continue through the sliding doors, and you find yourself surrounded by water and the peaceful sounds of nature.
This home is custom furnished, offering true luxury at every turn. The large kitchen offers upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for family and friends. Enjoy breakfast at the small table overlooking the lagoon, or venture into the screened porch for your morning coffee.
There is a dining room table with seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms for you and your guests.
On the main level, you find the master bedroom with a king bed and plantation shutters for you to open and enjoy the lagoon view. The master bath is extensive, with 2 large sinks and a bench, as well as 2 walk-in closets. Continuing down the master bathroom hallway, you will find an oversized walk-in glass shower and standalone vessel tub. Step into the shower and wash off the day at the beach or soak away tired muscles in the deep standalone tub.
Up a short flight of 5 steps and there are two more generous bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the second bedroom offers two double sized beds. The shared bathroom has a tub-shower combination. if you need to work there is a space in the upper landing is dedicated for you to connect your computer.
