Marvelously situated only a short stroll from the Atlantic and adjacent to the beach path, this one-story, four bedroom, four bath home has a uniquely accommodating floor plan.
This lovely beach-oriented residence offers two wings, one on either side of the living area, perfect for two families or one large.
Spacious and airy, with a beamed cathedral ceiling, the living room features plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player. The room also features a wet bar, stylish terracotta tile floor, and decorative fireplace.
Comprised in this generously open space is the dining area with a shaker-style dark wood table featuring seating for eight, with lighting fixture above.
Open to the living space, the fully appointed kitchen features tan granite countertops, white paneled cabinetry and tile flooring. A separate breakfast nook with plenty of natural light features a table for four. Nearby is the laundry room complete with washer, dryer, and utility sink.
In each of the two wings are private sleeping quarters of two bedrooms and two private baths for a total of four relaxing bedrooms.
Each master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, lovely furnishings and a flat screen TV. Further, the master suites enjoy a private patio, accessed through French doors. The two master baths hold a saturnia-surround shower and a solid surface vanity.
The additional two bedrooms each hold two twin beds with tropical bedspreads and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Each of these guest rooms has a renovated private bathroom with stone vanity and tub/shower combination.
The exterior is as wonderful as the interior with a freeform swimming pool, surrounded by lush natural landscaping. The back deck also features umbrella-covered outdoor dining table for four.

Perfect!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. 8 Ruddy Turnstone was perfect, and we loved the quick walk to the beach, the pool and the convenient location to everything.
