Architecture and interior design have combined to bring you this gorgeous upscale coastal contemporary home. The exterior gives a nod to a modern coastal design with black tiled steps leading to a gorgeous glass front door. Upon entering, you are led directly into the heart of the home, where comfort and relaxation are the focus.

The main living room boasts a high ceiling with wood coffers. There’s an oversized 96” sofa with 2 swivel chairs, coupled with an overstuffed side chair and matching ottoman. All furniture surrounds a large wood coffee table centered on a beautiful fireplace with a lovely mantel to complete this modern look. The main living space also hosts a large flat screen TV. The rear wall of this comfortable living area allows for ample light through the full glass windows and doors which lead to a covered porch for the entire width of the rear of the house with stairs leading to the pool and hot tub. The architects thoughtfully designed an outside bathroom at this exterior level for guests coming in from the pool and/or beach.

Another comfortable living area to relax or enjoy the flat screen TV is the beautiful, screened porch with stone fireplace which is located just off the covered porch.

This generous open concept main living space leads you to the upscale kitchen, with white cabinets and clear white tilework, creating a cloud-like visual. All appliances are stainless steel, including a 6-burner stove and double oven. Enclosed on the back side of the kitchen is a Butler’s pantry, with an extra full-sized refrigerator. Bar stools are counter height to suit all ages.

The dining room has a large wooden table with rattan chairs coupled with two overstuffed end chairs. There’s a powder room just off the main living space with a beautiful floating shelf sink that boasts a black and white formal look.
To the left of the main living space are four bedrooms, each with their own flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers or bathtub/shower combination. . Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, each with their own unique furnishings offering comfort and gorgeous design. The fourth bedroom offers 2 full-sized beds which are especially great for children, young adults or extra sleeping area for any adult.

The master bedroom has double sliding doors that lead to the balcony connecting directly to the covered porch with access to the pool and hot tub.

The center hallway near the 4 bedrooms has back door access with stairs leading to the beach path. A mudroom area with bench and hooks is located in the center hallway to allow easy access for beach supplies and towels after a long day on the beach. The laundry room with stackable washer and dryer is also located in the center hallway for easy access for all guests.

Directly off the kitchen are stairs leading up to an additional bedroom or bunkroom. This bedroom features two twin over full bunk beds set along shiplap covered walls. The bathroom has a walk-in shower themed in beige and linen tiles with a focus on neutrals: sand, grays and whites.

The pool and spa offer the ultimate relaxation experience with chaise lounge seating after a refreshing dip. With the beach being so close (5th house from the beach), the architects have included an outdoor shower with privacy area for rinsing off prior to jumping in the pool or entering the home.

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
