Beach Lagoon Pedestrian Bridge reconstruction begins September 2026 and is expected to take 4–8 weeks, weather permitting. The bridge will be closed throughout construction. Construction noise is expected. Work hours are generally Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM. Occasional weekend or overnight work may occur.

The main 1st floor bedroom lies at the far end of the property, enjoying blissful privacy through an extended hallway entrance. The remaining guest rooms are all on the second floor, arrayed around a wide walkway overlooking the great room. In the first, you’ll find a queen bed set amid panoramic elevated golf views in a space with spacious closets and en suite boasting tub, shower and skylight. The second bedroom pairs two twin beds in a space redolent with nautical décor and enjoying its own en suite with tub and shower.

The third, accessed through pocket doors overlooking the great room, is the perfect getaway for younger guests, with its dual bunkbeds and private den with leather sofa and flat-screen TV. And the final upstairs bedroom is a main suite unto itself, with its king-size bed, stunning golf views, flat-screen TV and en suite with walk-in corner shower, soaking tub, and stacked washer and dryer.
