This 6-bedroom home is located on the walkway to the beach, just five rows away from the ocean, and it is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of friends.
This home has an airy living room with an over-sized leather sectional and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. A see-through fireplace separates the living room from the dining room, with a dining room table that seats 10.
There is a wall of windows and sliding glass doors across the living room and dining room looking out onto the pool and spa.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast room with seating for 8. The breakfast room has lots of windows with a view of the pool. A door from the breakfast room opens onto the pool deck.
There are 6 bedrooms in total. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three bedrooms have a king-sized bed and one has two double beds. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a shared bathroom with double vanity and shower. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
This charming home, with tall ceilings and windows throughout, is a lovely setting for an unforgettable beach vacation.
FIREPLACES ARE DECORATIVE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.
POOL AND SPA HEATING:
• NOT ALL pools/spas are heatable — please inquire when booking.
• Pool heat available: September–May (not available June–August).
• Spa heat: Available year round if the spa is heatable.
• 3 night minimum required for heating.
• Requests must be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid a $75 late fee.
• Heating surcharge is processed at the time of request.
• Spa jets require heat to operate.
• Below 60°F, heat may be ineffective — no refunds issued.
