Oriented around a fabulous outdoor living space, 9 Ruddy Turnstone offers unbeatable indoor/outdoor living on a quiet street just inside Sea Pines’ Ocean Gate. The outdoor living greets you almost immediately upon entry, showcased through floor-to-ceiling windows that surround it courtyard-style. Beyond sliders, step out to an outdoor showcase of Hilton Head’s natural beauty, with al fresco dining for up to twelve, multiple chaise lounges, outdoor shower and lush landscaping surrounding a sparkling resort-style swimming pool. Follow a path through the bushes and you’re just steps away from the beach.
Inside, every effort has been made to create just as much dazzling comfort within. Down a hallway of wide-plank tile, we come to informal dining for six set beside the wide stone counters of the kitchen, with updated appliances and easy access to a full laundry. Passing through a butler’s pantry, we come to the formal dining room which seats six beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. This space extends into a spacious living room, with plush leather loveseats and sofa concealing hidden recliners set before a flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace. A nearby wet bar makes entertaining a breeze.
The first of the property’s three beautiful suites offers a pair of double beds beneath a ceiling fan, with flat-screen TV and a wonderfully updated en suite boasting wide stone vanity, tub and shower. The next, set behind a set of French doors, offers a queen-size bed beneath cathedral ceiling, with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and updated en suite with walk-in shower. The final, serving as a primary suite, sees a king-size bed resting beneath a soaring tray ceiling with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, private access to the outdoors and en suite bath with walk-in shower.
