Spend the evening with us on May 14th for a special Long Meadow Ranch Wine Dinner, a celebration of thoughtful winemaking, sustainable farming, and the flavors of California wine country. Guests will enjoy a seasonal multi-course dinner, with each course intentionally paired to highlight the harmony, structure, and natural elegance of Long Meadow Ranch wines. Executive Chef Sean Carroll will guide the culinary experience with a menu centered on premium ingredients and layered flavors, finishing with an indulgent dessert from Resort Executive Pastry Chef Iain Jones.
