Pre-Race Stretch & Stride Session

Join us and get Pre-Turkey Day Dolphin Dash 5K ready with one of these complimentary 30-minute guided sessions designed exclusively for race participants. Led by Sharon Siskey, certified Personal Trainer and Half Iron Man finisher. The class will consist of targeted dynamic stretches and mobility drills to open hips, loosen calves and hamstrings, and activate your glutes.  You’ll leave feeling longer, lighter, and confident for a strong start and finish. Mats provided, just bring yourself and your race excitement! Spots are limited to the first twelve people per session (no reservation is needed). Come ready to loosen up your joints and pick up your race day packet at The Sea Pines Resort Fitness Center before or after one of these sessions.
