Are sheets and bath towels provided by owner or The Sea Pines Resort?

Sheets and bath towels are provided by The Sea Pines Resort and are included in your housekeeping fee. Owners are responsible for mattress and pillow covers, blankets and bed coverings.

How often are statements issued?

Statements are issued on the 15th of every month. Due to SC State law, we cannot disburse rental monies until the guest has departed.

Are Sea Pines Resort guests charged a security deposit?

All of our guests provide a credit card and sign a contract that allows The Sea Pines Resort to charge their credit card for non-accidental damages. A credit card provides much more coverage than a dollar amount security deposit.

Is there in-house maintenance at The Sea Pines Resort?

Yes, we have an in-house maintenance department, saving property owners significant labor costs.

How are property ratings achieved?

Your property is evaluated and rated according to AAA standards. A copy of the specifications can be provided.

How often are properties inspected?

Properties are inspected prior to every arrival or every two weeks if they are vacant for two weeks or more.

Does The Sea Pines Resort issue guest passes to rental guests?

Yes, we issue complimentary guest passes to all Sea Pines Resort guests.

What benefits are exclusive to Sea Pines Resort guests?

  • •  Front Desk services available from 7am to 11pm (time varies seasonally) to accommodate late guest arrivals.

    • •  Complimentary access to The Sea Pines Resort Fitness Center.

    • •  Complimentary wireless internet in their rental property.

    • •  The Sea Pines Resort Amenity Card, providing room charging privileges and discounts at the resort's retail, recreation and dining outlets.

    • •  Complimentary access to Harbour Town Pool.

    • •  Preferred tee times and discounts on our golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links.

Are Sea Pines Resort properties non-smoking?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking.

Does The Sea Pines Resort have dog-friendly properties?

Yes, we do have homes and villas that are dog friendly but the designation is left up to the property owner.
