When is check-in and check-out time at The Sea Pines Resort?
Check-in for homes, villas and The Inn & Club at Harbour Town begin at 4pm. If you arrive early, you may pick up your gate pass(es) at The Sea Pines Resort Welcome Center (if applicable) and are welcome to enjoy the resort’s amenities; you will be notified by phone when you can pick up your keys to home and villa rental.
Check-out for home and villa rentals is 10am. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them when possible. Let check-outs come with an additional fee.
Check-out for The Inn & Club at Harbour Town is 11am. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them when possible. Let check-outs come with an additional fee.

Are pets allowed to stay at The Sea Pines Resort?
Dogs are permitted in designated homes and villas. A dog-friendly unit can be identified using the filters on the home and villa property search, and selecting “dog friendly.” The pet policy permits one dog, less than 50 lbs. in dog-friendly villas.
