Links, an American Grill Chef de Cuisine Sean Carroll and his culinary team will prepare a distinctive five-course menu including: Tortilla Espagnola, Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Lobster Potato Gnocchi.
Mark Bowman, Certified Specialist of Wine, Certified Sommelier, WSET Level 4 . Born in Los Angeles, Mark got his start in fine dining as a in Charleston, discovering a passion for wine and international travel shortly thereafter. After attaining his CSW at age 19, he moved to Spain to work in Barcelona and has since worked in fine dining and wine in 12 countries and 9 states. He and his wife have relocated to the Lowcountry to be a part of the Sea Pines experience and to be close to family.
