The night begins with a handcrafted welcome cocktail, followed by a multi-course dinner created by chefs Clinton Barabas and Iain Jones, with each course thoughtfully paired with a selection of Patrón’s finest expressions — Patrón Silver, our exclusive Sea Pines Resort Patrón Reposado, Patrón Cristalino, Patrón XO, and Patrón Añejo. For those looking to experience something truly special, Patrón El Alto will be available for purchase at the bar.
Throughout the evening, enjoy insights and stories from Casey Liston and a Patrón agave specialist, who will guide you through the craftsmanship and heritage behind each pour. Beer and wine selections will also be available.
